- The tubing and working head are exclusively dedicated to each patient, and after replacing with new tubing and a working head, the host can serve different patients.
- During disassembly, please lift the working head and the pipe to ensure sewage flows back to the main engine sewage pool, preventing leakage.
- For pipeline cleaning and disinfection: flush the sewage pipe with clean water, direct the pipe end downward to clean with water, spray the pipe joint with dibromopropane disinfectant, and rinse the inner wall of the sewage pipe.
- Cleaning and disinfection of the working head: Clean the inner wall of the bedpan with a brush and water, then spray and rinse the working head with dibromopropane disinfectant.
8. What should users pay attention to when using the Smart Incontinence Cleaning Robot (Model NO. ZW279Pro)?**
- Refrain from adding hot water exceeding 40℃ into the water purification bucket.
- When cleaning the machine, ensure to turn off the power first. Avoid using organic solvents or corrosive detergents.
- Prior to operation, thoroughly review this manual for detailed instructions. Operate the machine strictly following the specified methods and precautions. If the user experiences skin redness or blistering due to physique or improper wearing, cease use immediately. Wait for the skin to return to normal before resuming use.
- Avoid placing cigarette butts or other flammable materials on or inside the Host to prevent damage to the product or potential fire hazards.

Yes, the product must be powered off before maintenance.
- Periodically (approximately once a month), remove the heating tank separator and wipe the surface of the heating tank and separator to eliminate water moss and attached dirt.
- When the machine is unused for an extended period, unplug the plug, empty the water filter bucket and the sewage bucket, and drain the water from the heating water tank.
- Replace the deodorizing component box every six months to ensure optimal air purification.
- Replace the hose assembly and working head every 6 months.
- If the machine remains unused for over a month, plug it in and power it for 10 minutes to maintain the stability of the internal circuit board.
- Conduct a leakage protection test every two months. (Note: Do not have the machine connected to the human body during testing. Press the yellow button on the plug. If the machine powers off, it indicates the leakage protection function is functional. If it doesn't power off, discontinue use and inform the dealer or manufacturer while keeping the machine sealed.)
- In case of difficulty plugging the interfaces of the host machine, both ends of the pipe, and the pipe interface of the working head, use a sealing ring. The outer part of the sealing ring can be lubricated with detergent or silicone oil. Regularly check the sealing rings for irregularities such as falling off, deformation, or damage. Replace the sealing ring if necessary.
